This privacy statement explains what personal data are collected by Apisfero A.P.S. through the user's interactions with this website, www.apisferoweb.it and how these data are used and secured.

Premise and purpose

The www.apisferoweb.it site provides registered users with the following tools and services: the image upload and storage service provided by the tool BeeVS (Bee Varroa Scanner) used; the automated varroa counting service found on the uploaded images; tools to support the definition of the structure of the user apiary; tools to support the export and analysis of analysis data carried out on behalf of the user.

Personal Data Collected

Apisfero A.P.S. collects the data necessary to provide the user with the best possible experience in relation to the purpose and the purposes of the services offered. The user provides such data directly, for example when he creates an account on the site, when he administers his apiary defining the information useful for his identification, when he uploads, displays and / or manipulates the images and when he provides information on how he performs manual counting activities.

In some cases we may collect and process information on the location of our tools BeeVS using technologies such as IP address and GPS.

Some of these collected data are obtained by recording user interaction with the site using technologies such as cookies, or by using various technologies to establish the location of the tool BeeVS, including IP address and GPS, used by the user and recording the error reports or site usage data in the system logs.

For the conservation of user images Apisfero A.P.S. uses an external service to which, however, does not provide any useful information to associate the images to its users.

Furthermore, the personal data of the user may be processed to fulfill the obligations provided for by laws, regulations or community regulations, as well as by provisions of the supervisory authorities of the sector.

How We Use Personal Data

The data collected by Apisfero A.P.S. are used to allow the operation of the system, provide the user with a high standard of quality of the products and services requested, are also used to improve products and customize user experiences. Furthermore, these data are used to communicate with the user, for example to inform him about the status of his account, the analyzes carried out and the information related to the product. Apisfero A.P.S. does not use the information managed to propose advertisements.

How to Access and Control Your Personal Data

The user can view and modify their personal data online, except for the e-mail address entered during registration and which uniquely identifies it on the system.

Complete deletion of your personal data can only occur with the cancellation of the system on the system, an activity that must be explicitly requested to Apisfero A.P.S.
